For rubber slabs, sheets, strip or combined functionalities stacked in boxes, on pallets or both combined, the best execution is defined in close communication.
The VMI HP Cutter Stacker with integrated gripper fully automatically cuts and stacks slabs and sheets on flat pallets. The combination of the shear type cutter and the stacking control system result in very accurate piles of cut sheets.
The VMI MHD III Cutter Stacker is equipped to make very precise stacks of rubber slabs, sheets and strips at high speed.
The MHD 500 stacker handles strips and slabs with high accuracy. This stacker is capable of very precise stacking of single strips and wider slabs into a box or onto a pallet at high speed.
The VMI Pendulum Wig-Wag Stacker is developed as a simple and sturdy stacking machine for stacking slabs of rubber-compound of up to 900 mm wide.
The VMI Rotary Cutter Stacker, with a rotary cutting system, is developed for stacking very wide slabs, up to 1200 mm.
The Wig-Wag Electric Stacker is designed for the automatic stacking of one, two or three strips of rubber compound up to 200 mm wide in one or two boxes or on pallets.
