VMI Supply Chain Management is responsible for ensuring material availability to VMI’s production sites all over the world. Our suppliers are located globally resulting in a worldwide coverage. The VMI Group headquarter is located in Epe where our main production site houses and our global policy is determined from. Our other production facilities are located in Yantai (CN), Leszno (PL), Itatiaia (BRA) and Stow (USA).
Our suppliers belong to the best of the world and this makes us outperform our competitors. We know the importance of a solid, agile, sustainable and cooperative supply chain.
Supplying to VMI is no easy job. We require high performance and continuous improvement in an environment where High-Mix and Low-Volume applies. Therefore QLTC is the main topic every day.
