VMI’s designers, engineers and other specialists are passionate about their work. It’s challenging to keep on top of the development of machinery technology. A challenge VMI gladly meets – and exceeds.
Teamwork is characteristic for VMI. Depending on the project, our teams vary from 3 to about 15 people. All teams work multidisciplinary, a combination of mechanical, electrical and software tasks.
Our R&D teams design new machines, modules and functions, which help our customers to be successful. Our engineering teams focus on design for manufacturing, configure to order and engineering those parts of the system that are customer specific.
VMI works in a highly competitive world and makes the difference by using your knowledge, skills and responsibility in our teams. We welcome your creativity. In an informal atmosphere our teams work out challenging projects for our leading international customers.
To extend the knowledge acquired during your study, VMI will actively help you further develop your skills and machine knowledge under supervision of senior engineers. Your next step could be system or senior engineer, depending on your talent and ambition. Especially as a VMI software engineer you are frequently involved in the installation and commissioning of our machines abroad. VMI gives talented people room to grow by offering broad training opportunities.
We invite you to have a look at our job opportunities and discover if your next challenge will be at one of our VMI teams. We look forward to working with you.
