Field Service Electronics Fitter – Fieldservice Monteur Elektro

As Field Service Electronics Fitter, you will work for the Electrical Assembly department. Following a training period, you will independently perform electrical work in the broadest sense of the word. This means, among other things, that you adjust and test pneumatic, hydraulic and PLC inputs and outputs.

In addition to this, you adjust motor drives and various other modern techniques and you test software programs. From within the Electrical Assembly department and, specifically, as Field Service Electronics Fitter, you make a significant contribution to installing and commissioning the machines at our customers.

VMI is looking for:

• Vocational training 4 (BOL) automation/energy engineering
• Knowledge of the English and German languages
• Knowledge of industrial automation
• Good communication skills
• Good practical insight for solving problems independently
• Willingness to work aboard on a frequent basis
• Experience in a similar job within an international environment is a plus
• Affinity with mechanical engineering
