Can washer for steel and aluminium cans

This professional, energy efficient can washer provides both low energy and water consumption and accommodates cans between 115 and 190mm in height.

This wash coater incorporates three coating curtains and a cleaning sponge roll with other standard features including:

Dry-off oven
Standard features:
With a compact design and small footprint of only 2.5 meters per section, the oven provides a 460 kw capacity and the capability to produce between 800 up to 1250 cans per section.
Other standard features include:
- Ultra fast warming-up facility with operating temperature 150°C - 230°C, maximum temperature 250°C
- Two 230 kW gas-burner, gas fired direct heating
- Gas consumption ± 20 m3/hour based on natural gas (lower gas consumption available with other gas models)
- Insulated inspection doors for easy entrance and maintenance
- Touch screen operating panel
- Roof handrails
