Top

Automatic main pack wrapper

This device folds components in a BTC (Back Table Cover) and closes the pack with automatic labelling. The pack bottom can be provided with an adhesive label.

Multi cell system for top loading and side loading of flow wraps

The top loading facility includes a twist belt, collating unit, case loader, case handler, filling conveyor and filled case conveyor. The side loading facility incorporates a vertical stepper, index conveyor, empty & filled case conveyor and buffer zone.

Case Packing

VMI provides several types of automatic case packers with up to 75 bags per minute capacity. The systems process different carton types including RSC, open top cartons, separate covers and other cartons on request

Palletising

These flexible and reliable automatic palletisers offer a 'hands-free' production facility and have been specifically developed to handle all cartons and pallets in the nonwoven market. Four or more production machine cases are supplied to only one palletiser.
